We work on month on month recurring contract, just like your Netflix subscription
Our rapid hiring process allows us to hire engineers in almost any tech stack. We rarely keep people on bench given the top quality of our developers and are confident of filling most roles in 7 days after gathering requirements from you.
Most of our developers are based in South East Asia, but we ensure that all of our developers have at least 5 hours overlap with your timezone. In most cases of our European clients, developers work in the EU timezone too.
We ensure that there is a dedicated development manager for every developer you hire, this manager acts as a point of contact working with you throughout the contract term to gather regular feedback and also work with the engineer to give them constructive actionable feedback.
