Our Model
We work on month on month recurring contract, just like your Netflix subscription
Our rapid hiring process allows us to hire engineers in almost any tech stack. We rarely keep people on bench given the top quality of our developers and are confident of filling most roles in 7 days after gathering requirements from you.
Most of our developers are based in South East Asia, but we ensure that all of our developers have at least 5 hours overlap with your timezone. In most cases of our European clients, developers work in the EU timezone too.
We ensure that there is a dedicated development manager for every developer you hire, this manager acts as a point of contact working with you throughout the contract term to gather regular feedback and also work with the engineer to give them constructive actionable feedback.
Contact terms
You are free to end the contract with an agreed upon notice period which usually is 2-4 weeks. This is to ensure that all the work done by the developer is handed over properly.
You are the absolute owner of every single piece code written. We enter into a dedicated NDA ensuring that your IP is always safe with you.
There’s absolutely no catch, it is a no strings attached trial for 1st developer for 1 month. The idea is to give you a taste of our quality of service and ensure that you get a first hand experience of our model
After the first month, we enter into a recurring month on month contract at a pre-agreed upon price (shared with you before your trial begins). If during the trial period you don’t like the developer, we can either refill that role or you are free to end the contract during the trial period at any time with some reasonable days of notice.
